The Chocolate Bar in Houston, Texas
A Texas chocolate destination, The Chocolate Bar offers one of the more unique offerings in the list. The Chocolatta, a frozen hot chocolate, is not your average, everyday cocoa in a cup. Chocolate Bar blends their own original European Sipping Chocolate with ice before topping the mixture with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.

Chocolate Maven in Santa Fe, N.M.
This chocolate-centric bakery and cafe offers several different hot chocolate blends but they mix every cup with the same high-quality ingredients: the best chocolates, ones you would happily eat even before they're melted and fused with frothy milk. The combination makes for one incredibly indulgent cup of chocolate. Try the Mayan Hot Chili Chocolate, made with locally grown Chimayo red chiles, for a little added spice.

Dude, Sweet Chocolate in Dallas, Texas
A relatively new kid on the block, this awesome chocolate shop just opened in November and has been knocking socks off with their amazing hot chocolate all winter long. Locals rave about the drink, which is made with melted artisan chocolates, blended with milk, topped with melted white chocolate and perhaps even cooled a bit with a Russian marshmallows.

Leonidas Chocolates & Café in Gilbert, Ariz.
Famous for their classic Belgian chocolates, Leonidas has opened up shop and cafe in Arizona, serving up what can only be described as a sinful blend of milk and decadent Belgian chocolate. And while their original hot chocolate is amazing, don't pass up the chocolate and coffee mixes, like the Tuxedo which combines dark and white chocolate with espresso and milk.
