Chuys is great in Austin, Tx. But check out Larry's Original Mexican Restrurant In Richmond, Tx . They have been there since May 1960. All fresh and homemade tamales, the best salsa in the Houston area. Check them out.

Lived in Ft. Worth for years and never liked JoeT's!!! Chuy's in Austin is a lust longing for me now that I've moved back to VA. Hatch Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas.....OMG! Sigh.

I sure do miss TexMex now that I'm retired and don't travel like I used to. Haven't found any good TexMex in Pittsburgh or Melbourne Fl (my winter abode). Know of ANY TexMex in either location? How about a good TexMex recipe so I can make my own? Thanks, Chuck, a real TexMex fan

Tex mex cuisine? How could you taste real tex mex unless you come to the border. Dallas? Fort Wort? please people... They should have come down to the Rio Grande Valley where you get the real stuff. You go to Regional areas for their food. How do you get any better tex mex than at its heart, right here in the 956? :/

You must not over cook chicken,,, just until tender done, use a meat therm. If you are cooking boneless strips they will cook very quickly,,, your marinating was to long... use different shake ons for flavor,
