Who doesn't love a spicy serving of jerk chicken? This traditional Jamaican dish is typically made with a dry jerk seasoning of allspice, Scotch Bonnet chili peppers, thyme, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. It is then slowly cooked over pimento tree wood and branches.

State fairs are one of America's favorite summer pastimes. Aside from playing the carnival games and riding the scary roller coasters, one of the most fun things to do is to nosh on the various kinds of highly caloric food on a stick.
